4. We’ll create an age-appropriate nap routine that helps your baby take longer, more restorative naps, so they aren’t overtired (or under-tired) going into bedtime.
5. We’ll adjust your baby’s schedule and feeds to ensure they’re getting exactly what they need during the day, so they aren’t waking up all night out of habit or hunger.
1. Initial Sleep Assessment – This is a free call so I can learn more about you and your family’s sleep struggles & goals and see if what I offer is a good fit for you.
2. Personalized Sleep Plan – I create a customized, step-by-step sleep plan designed specifically for your baby.
3. Sleep Plan Review Call – Before night one, I’ll walk you through exactly what to do, answer any questions, and make sure you feel fully confident and ready to get started.
4. Two Weeks of Real-Time Support – As you implement the plan, I’ll be right there with you, guiding you in real time via text support. You’ll have me in your pocket for troubleshooting, adjustments, and encouragement every step of the way!
